counter-parties, brokers; and, affiliates involved in origination of the transaction. Requesting access to the personal data Lotus Escrow has on file for you is a legal right. Unless an exemption occurs, we must give you access to the personal data we have on you within a reasonable amount of time, without undue expense, and without charging you anything. By logging into your account, you can access the majority of your personal information. Please get in touch with our privacy officer if you want to access data that isn't available through the platform or if you want to obtain all the personal data we have on you in a portable data format.

Also, you have the right to request that any incorrect personal data that we may have about you be updated. Using the user settings pages, you can update all of your personal data. Please contact our customer service if you need help.

Exercising your other rights

There may be limitations on how you can exercise your other rights in connection to the personal information that Lotus Escrow has about you. This is largely because of the characteristics of the goods and services we offer. A large portion of the data we gather is used to support user contracts, facilitate payments, protect genuine users, and fulfil our legal requirements; these data uses are safeguarded against the below rights.
